Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization :
To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within the assigned Foot Locker Footwear key account while respecting the image of the adidas brand.
Key Responsibilities :
To drive the development of the Foot Locker account across Europe, formalized through the Strategic Business Category Plan to 2025 with sign-off by the direct superior
To understanding the account business and ensure Account Fact Books are maintained and updated on time and accurate
To sell-in and agree on sell-out support and ensure formalization of the Category Plan in conjunction with support of the CtC function
To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account
To work within the agreed adidas trade terms with the account
To represent the brand externally / the account internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa and at key interfaces and milestone meetings
To drive market share growth within the category or account, to include digital strategy and in store branded space solutions to ensure the adidas brand is best in class in line with Strategic Business Plan goals and objectives
To manage Budget / Sales target compliance and Inventory / Sales development / Order Book Management
Account contractual agreements are followed at all times
Key Relationships :
Foot Locker buying and planning departments
adidas EU sales, EU CtC, EU BUs, EU Finance, Customer Service, Global Supply chain and distribution teams
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Previous experience of successfully working within the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar or senior level
Key Account sales experience
Digital commerce understanding
Results orientated attitude

Driving License B
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
University degree in business preferred, ideally with marketing and sales focus or equivalent professional experience
7+ years relevant experience in Sales / Key Account Management in a Fashion / apparel, Sporting goods or FMCG environment
Excellent English skills
Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Fully Competent with IT packages (excel, and PowerPoint to an advanced level)
Strong presentation skills
