Actelion is a leader in thefield of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). Our portfolio of PAH treatmentscovers the spectrum of disease, from WHO Functional Class (FC) II through to FCIV, with oral, inhaled and intravenous medications.
Purposeof the job :
As partof Actelion s vision to further expand on its market leading position in P(A)Hyou will support the Franchise Director PAH & DU in the organization andimplementation of important Actelion projects such as the Uplift and CTEPHlaunch readiness.
Projects : contributor and manager of projects
Tracking and monitoring implementation and progress of ActelionStrategic Plan through dashboard metrics and collaborate Marketing, Sales andMedical to recommend next steps and / or action plans as well as help them withtheir meetings and presentation.
Taking the lead of key initiatives under the sponsorship of FranchiseDirector.
Oversightand tracking of implementation of strategic roadmap :
Work with all departments to ensure tracking and timely implementationof the strategic roadmap
Bring to the attention of the Franchise Director where we are off trackand align with relevant departments on remedies
Ensure good communication flow on strategy progress
Ensure effective Project Management with appropriate process controls,metrics, and partner updates.
Partner closely with Finance to ensure Financial planning and trackingis in place for all projects.
Develop and revise project plans, work with partners to understandcomplex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner,calling out as necessary to meet timelines.
Candidate Requirements Experience :
Individual must have had a minimum of 6 years’ experience in projectmanagement role.
Educationand Training :
Bachelor’s degree is the minimum required
Dutch (native speaker)
Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written).
TechnicalSkills / Knowledge :
Excellent organization and project management skills with strong resultsorientation mindset.
Ability to strategically shape and connect various events and issues.
Shown Program / Project management experience with deep understanding ofthe principles and frameworks of successful program / project management.
Proven capability for problem solving, infuencing, decision-making, goodjudgment, assertiveness.
Strong sense of organization, ability to prioritize tasks and meetdeadlines is required.
