To drive our business, we are recruiting a Client Executive Partner with a specific focus on managing and driving growth of one or several client accounts across the industry.
The Client Executive Partner (CEP)is the key executive and business owner accountable for the client relationship, account delivery and P&L within a specific client account / s, reporting to the TMT Country Leader.
You will define, own and drive the execution of the Account Plan,growth strategy and ambition for your accounts to deliver results.
You will be accountable for all dimensions of account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery.
Leveraging deep industry expertise, you will successfully build relationships with your client.
You will lead and manage a dedicated core client account team to drive customer centricity, innovation, delivery excellence and position Atos as a digital transformation partner with the client / s.
You will work collaboratively with the wider TMT management team to build and enhance the capabilities for TMT across your client groups.
You need to possess a unique blend of business and technical know-how; a big-picture vision, and the sales drive to make that vision a reality.
The Atos TMT team is customer obsessed, so you must enjoy spending time in the market with customers to deeply understand their business and it’s particular challenges, and be agile in partnering with them to find and deploy innovative solutions.
You will be adept at communicating effectively at all levels within our customers and inside Atos as well as being comfortable operating in a cross-cultural environment.
You will have extensive knowledge of the TMT market and have deep expertise of how it operates in order to bring innovation to design and sell end-to-end digital transformation.
Actively managing and leading across identified client accounts, responsible for all dimensions of the account / s, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery
Identify and drive opportunities for account growth; defining and driving the execution of the Account Plan,growth strategy and ambition at global level
Deliver the financial results compared to budget (Order Entry, Total Revenue, External Revenue, Project Margin, Operating Margin, Free Cash Flow)
Develop effective senior relationships with the client / s, positioning Atos as a thought leader and key innovative business partner
Manage end-to-end sales activities, lead account management and monitor performance across the account / s
Meet and exceed Customer Satisfaction targets; strive to consistently delight our customers, increasingly improve the customer experience and drive customer centricity
Understand and anticipate future client needs and market trends, responding by developing new industry-specific solutions and products
Work collaboratively with the TMT leadership team to strengthen the TMT industry, driving growth, customer centricity, sharing and spreading success and developing new portfolio or solutions
Enable the development of people, through a focus on training, development and a culture of continuous learning and improvement to ensure we attract, reskill and retain talent with industry knowledge and expertise, digital skills and critical competencies
THE RIGHT PERSON
will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Extensive experience in sales delivery, account and P&L management
Acting as a thought leader and innovator
Able to work with and influence senior business executives
Deep knowledge of transformational technology projects and the TMT competitive landscape
Solid team building and collaboration skills
Proven experience developing and communicating vision and expectation levels to unit members and across functional domains
Experience in managing cross-cultural teams
Willingness to travel
Fluent in English
Netherlands - In own region / country, frequent travelling will be required
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years in technology, with 5 in senior management-level positions
At least 5 years experience in managing large teams
At least 5 years experience as P&L manager, background in sales management
BA or BSc required, MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
