Key Responsibilities :
Your goal will be to introduce service management for Application Services and globally harmonize the way of cross charging of services to the business.
Essential in BAM’s digital journey is the introduction and effective organization of new technology capabilities (e.g. low-code development, Advanced Analytics, cloud applications, RPA, AI).

This role reports directly to the Global Director Digital Information Services and has approximately 8 direct reports and approximately 120 staff functionally reporting to it in BAM’s home countries (NL, UK, DE, BE and IR).

As a Group Head of Application Services we are looking for someone that has the following experience and skillset :
Experienced in managing significant budgets (30 Million Euro plus).
International travel can be required. Place of employment is The Netherlands (Bunnik).
An assessment will be part of the selection process.

A key factor for success will be the implementation and continuous improvement of a standardized, sustainable and future proof on-premise and cloud infrastructure fit for the purpose of realising BAMs Digital Construction aspirations.
