Key activities

  • Drive specific projects / workstreams based on Integration and Transformation Portfolio Prioritization
  • Build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships with all workstream team members
  • Coordinate and support executive presentations and requests, gather input, ensure sign off and provide admin support, as well as follow-up support in resolving action items, escalating risks and coordinating mitigation actions.
  • Manage relevant sessions (event prep, agenda communication to the MDs / VPs, meeting minutes, report out, etc)
  • Key contact for other functions including continuous alignment and addressing questions for projects at cross-functional and global level.
  • Support standardization of PM process across Transformation organization
