We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Supply Chain & Logistics at Kraft Heinz as a Supply Development Intern.

As an intern, you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges.
During the internship you will be enrolled in both strategic and tactical projects, besides being responsible for daily operational activities, driving for #1 position on the market.
Depending on your profile, your experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our Supply Chain & Logistics leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams :
Operations - Process and Continuous Improvements
Supply Chain Planning (Services)
Responsibilities and Tasks throughout the various roles can include :
Reporting process : create, update and analyze reports to find opportunities that can drive improvements related to service, inventory or cost reduction and lead the changes across EMEA countries.
Initiate, lead and implement process improvement projects based on lean methodology by collaborating with up to 150 colleagues.
Communicate results to leadership team and make business recommendations based on KPIs, root cause analysis or academic knowledge.
Take preventive action to ensure the correct network planning (factories, transportation, warehouse).
Run a part of an operation within Supply Chain and Logistics.
Identifying bottlenecks, challenging the status quo and contributing to the standardization of routines.
Learning to use programs SAP and JDA.
Qualifications : Job requirements
You are enrolled at a European university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s degree : Preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Data Science.
Strong Microsoft Office Package Skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn more IT tools (i.e. SAP, Tableau).
Able to efficiently use and interpret statistics.
You have good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
NOTE : EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship or you are studying in the Netherlands).

What we offer you :
Program start date : August / September 2021
Duration : 5 or 6 months
Allowance : 625 euro per month (40hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses
Location : Amsterdam

Like any other company, Kraft Heinz has been affected by the regulations surrounding COVID-19. Currently, the Amsterdam office is closed to all 500+ employees to guarantee their safety.
This decision is reevaluated frequently to see when it is safe for all employees to return to the office.
Kraft Heinz has adapted well to the COVID-19 restrictions and there is an online-onboarding day as well as an online hand-over period.
You will receive the full allowance and will continue to work from home fulltime by a company provided laptop, as well as a reimbursement to enhance your work from home environment.
