About the job :

We are looking for a hands-on business analyst with project management experience to drive continuous improvement of our outsourcing framework and monitor performance.

We trust you feel at home in a global organization where most stakeholders are based abroad. You can work independently, pro-actively reach out to build and manage relationships, identify sensitivities and escalate when necessary.

Using your finance and outsourcing experience you help your Operations team to improve frameworks, reporting and processes.

You are second-in-command and report directly to the COO of the Mid-European Region of Saxo bank.
