Identifies market developments and follows-up leads and opportunities;
Visits prospects, potential and existing customers and maintains relations with the DMU;
Assess new enquiries according the Bosch Rexroth sales process (strategical filter);
Discuss new opportunities with the Tender Manager and define the sales strategy;
Follow-up all Bosch Rexroth quotations in the respective market and / or region.
Support the Tender Manager when advising customers about our technical solutions / proposition (consultative selling);
Present, discuss and negotiate proposals, together with the Tender Manager (scope, conditions and pricing).
Generate leads and opportunities for Bosch Rexroth projects, products and services in defined Industry Sectors and / or regions;
Secure profitable orders and meet the target business plan;
Responsible for the annual sales plan for the respective markets, products and / or region, including a personal annual activity planning (SMART);
Building and maintaining a network within the region (customers, agents, consultants and other relations);
External focused ( 80% external / customer face time and 20% in the office);
Maintain all leads, opportunities and customer data in the CRM system;
Reports progress on a regular basis;
Prepares and executes marketing activities during conferences, fairs and tradeshows.
