Mission of the Role

To guarantee timely, complete resolution of problems reported by clients and assure customer satisfaction with professional expertise & technical standards Key Role Responsibilities

  • Guarantee resolution of customers problem Handling of support requests originating from the market (Customers, Agents, etc.)
  • Entering and managing support requests into the information system (BaaN / CRM - SFDC)
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction with professional expertise & technical standards (FTFR, phone responsiveness, )
  • Guaranteeing Customer data accuracy from the Install base Required personal & technical skills
  • English
  • Knowledge of Digital and IT tools
  • Negotiation techniques
  • Knowledge of sales techniques (on the field and on the phone)
  • Knowledge of TG products
  • Management of service orders
  • Management of client requests and complaints
  • Management of subcontractors
  • Electronic / mechanical engineering
