Currently MCi is expanding its product portfolio to other Automotive actuation solutions such as Active Aerodynamics & Motor cooling management.
The Electronics Engineer will be based in Woerden, NL . The Electronics Engineer is involved in the development of automotive electronics, coordinating the efforts of the design engineers and developers.
Additionally you interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery according to the defined requirements.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do :
Leading electronics related (sub)projects as part of our design engineering activities
Provide operational direction to the Product and Electronics Designers regarding the related projects and activities
Interfacing on a technical level with suppliers, customers and OEMs at various levels
Monitoring and evaluating electronics market trends regarding to the application of existing and new technologies in current and future MCi end products
Developing and / or leading the development of concepts, sub-products and products
Defining and coordinating developments and projects at suppliers and partners
Advising MCi Management and departments (Purchasing, Sales, S+C Quality) on strategy choices in the electronic field
Here is some of what you’ll need (required) :
A finished degree in electronics or similar; alternatively extensive professional experience in electronics engineering
Knowledge of and experience with electronics design and simulation tools
Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded software
Knowledge of and experience with EMC specifications and testing is a plus
Professional English in word and writing

Bachelor / Master degree in the relevant field (such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering)
Professional Dutch, German and / or French would be a strong advantage
Experience in systems design engineering
Ideally previous experience designing (electro-) mechanical actuators
Proficient user of MS Office, MS Project as well as 3D CAD software
Experience working with automotive standards and quality tools (IATF 16949, DFMEA, etc.) or other highly regulated industries
Creative, team player, innovative mind mixed with analytical thinking and attention to detail
