Set-up and manage great PMO processes
Samskip’s company-wide strategic transformation program will bring new value and structure to our company so that we are equipped for a digital future.
Within this context you set up and manage the PMO processes, ensuring that portfolio initiatives (projects) follow all PMO standards and supporting Transformation Leadership with consolidated reporting and presentations.
This requires an in-depth knowledge of, and experience in, PMO processes like planning, reporting, business case tracking and finances, risk & issue management, resource management and knowledge sharing.
Under the lead of the Head of Business Engineering & Transformation, you will be part of a team of approximately 20 people that works in a consultancy-style matrix organization consisting of subject matter experts and project managers.

Are you the PMO star we’re looking for?
Ideally, you have a background in consultancy and a proven PMO track record within a multinational environment. You have a solid understanding and mastery of project management methodologiesand a wide range of hard and soft organizational, stakeholder and time management skills.
This will enable you to take our entire organization outside its comfort zone with an approach that combines action, resilience and patience.
You feel comfortable everywhere from the board room to the IT, Sales. Planning and Customer Service departments and you can influence others without exerting authority.
You embody a hands-on approach and lead by example, creating PMO deliverables yourself (planning, register, reporting, etc.).
