Publicis Emil is looking for an Account Executive to work with one of the world’s most recognized premium automotive brands - Mercedes-Benz.
The role will be embedded within our inter-disciplinary dedicated Region Europe team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an agile approach on coordinating marketing campaigns and activities across +15 markets.
As an Account Executive, you'll work as a link between the agency and the client. You'll be responsible for the coordination of advertising campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved.
It is vital to understand the needs of your clients, which you'll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, on a daily basis.
You'll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
Be untouchable on the basics & do not assume : always triple check before communicating / sending documents to the client.

Ensuring strong client relationship.
Overseeing day-to-day operations of the client with the help of your Account Manager & Director who have to clearly define your role in those operations.
Follow up projects & campaigns with the support of your Account Manager & Director.
Conduct day to day briefings & planning, externally as well as internally.
Write contact reports after every meeting or important call, supervised by your Account Manager.
Arrange and attend (if needed) internal & external meetings.
Managing financial performance of your projects, together with Account Manager & Director.
You report to your Account Manager & Director.
Management and coordination of all local market operations
Weekly reporting of market activities for regional view
Supporting markets to orchestrate customer journey and campaign activation
Toolkit rollout and support in asset adaptation and production including Corporate Identity and Corporate Design compliance
Liaison with local teams to build digital literacy and drive best practice adoption
Reporting to the Network Lead
3+ years in marketing in an agency with significant experience in the digital space
Able to multi-task and prioritize, with exceptional organizational skills, even when under pressure
Solutions-oriented and can-do attitude
A total team player, committed to the collective success of the entire Publicis Emil team and network
Solid writing and speaking skills in
Dutch and English
