Senior Analyst Compensation & Benefits
The Position
Business partner in the design of state-of-the-art Compensation and Benefits programs in our European region
Choose 1 :
Oversee, optimize and govern the international mobility programs for the European region
Drive development and implementation of our Benefits offering in the European region
Manage C&B related projects and participate in general HR projects
Support execution of the annual Merit review and Bonus cycle
Executes salary benchmark exercises & Market Data analysis.
Standardizes and harmonizes C&B related processes, regulations and guidelines
Drives salary survey data delivery and vendor management
Partner with Talent Acquisition in offer-making process
Liaise with C&B vendor management
Be a key driver in the International Mobility Policy
The Ideal Candidate
Approximately 5-7 year experience in a Compensation & Benefits role, preferably in an international matrix organization
Strong entrepreneurial mindset
Project management skills End to End
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Finance
Good analytical skills
HRIS experience, working knowledge of Workday is a plus
Experienced user of MS office, highly experienced in Excel
Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
