As the People and Culture Manager EMEA, you will develop and deliver a broad range of people strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the organization and its employees.

This role will oversee the end-to-end people functions for the region inclusive of LCI, Talent Management & Strategy, Leadership Coaching, Performance Development, HR / People Operations, and Special Projects.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

  • Lead and develop the EMEA People & Culture team to strengthen foundational Human Resources practices, processes, tools, and systems to optimize overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Partner with global leadership and HR teams to develop and implement programs to reinforce the practice of company values and business philosophy.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the regional managers and team leaders in core business discussions by providing strategic insight and direction on talent, behaviors, and culture-related initiatives and programs.
  • Coordinate with the EMEA General Manager to provide leadership, training, coaching , and development to the EMEA team to help develop capabilities needed for growth and other business objectives.
  • Develop and lead cross-regional initiatives that enhance Intralox’s ability to attract, engage, and retain top talent that embody our business philosophy.
  • Lead regional Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in the areas of Labor & Human Rights, Diversity & Inclusion, and Community Engagement.
  • The essential requirements of the job include :

  • Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of HR Human Resources experience in and outside of Europe. Significant experience in Talent Management and / or Organizational Development & Effectiveness.
  • Additional Experience in a business function outside of HR is a strong plus.

  • Minimum of 7 years leading / managing people and teams in Europe.
  • Strategic thinker, action-oriented, comfortable working in the details, and be a strong project manager.
  • Strong belief in the potential of people and invested in helping employees grow their careers and skillsets within the organization.
  • Demonstrated functional leadership to align resources to deliver results; ability to link business strategies to talent needs and translate these into practical and actionable plans.
  • Consistent trust-builder and influencer providing coaching and counsel to all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including abstract and operational thinking capabilities, and ability to simplify.
  • Able to manage by principle and effective facilitation, rather than authority
  • English and at least one other EMEA language
  • Travel up to 25%.
