The Client Service Manager is a Commercial role which is responsible for client communications regarding both daily business and ad-hoc needs.
This role fields a wide range of questions, many of which are complex and require investigation. You will need to develop a strong understanding of the business and interconnectedness of systems and services.
The Client Service Manager supports the execution and alignment of our regional client service strategy, with a particular focus on quality and overall service for three different client segments : Principle Trading Groups, Prime, and Corporate Hedgers.
Responsibilities span onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. This role also engages stakeholders to gain insight to trends and market developments.
This dialogue will further the digitization of services, identify opportunities for innovation, and aid the prioritization of change initiatives.
