As a SEO Specialist you will be part of the Performance Marketing team which is responsible for acquiring customers online and in 130+ stores across nearly 30 countries.
You'll play a crucial role in shaping a global business and influence our rapid growth. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a challenge working alongside a fun, results-driven team that is responsible for new customer acquisition and retaining them through digital media.
The team focuses on targeting prospects on appropriate channels communicating the right message and sending potential users to appropriate landing pages to drive online sales and / or to drive the customers to our stores.
As SEO Specialist, you will be the person behind the thinking and the execution of our SEO activity across the globe. Google Search Console, Google Analytics 360, and to be determined 3rd party SEO will be your daily tools and you will report to the Online Marketing Manager.
Your typical day includes :
Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content
Review and audit the sites to drive change that comply with best practices (including schema.org) to improve crawlability
Perform SEO Audits and drive the implementation roadmap of on-page optimisation
Implement SEO tactics and ensure that sites are search engine-friendly
Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic through a coordinated search strategy
Implement approved SEO changes to the websites and execute
Optimising copy and landing pages for search engine optimisation
Develop and implement link building strategy
Keeping up with the latest marketing trends and always test new methods
This job might be for you if you have :
1-3 years of SEO experience
Understanding of SEO core elements including, but not limited to, on-page and off-page tactics, optimisation of site navigation, internal linking structure, URL structure, title tags, and meta descriptions
Knowledge of the use and benefits of schema, advanced link-building tactics and content development
The ability to explain complex SEO and data insights to stakeholders regularly to review campaign objectives, statistics, and optimisation strategies
Experience with GA, Google Search Console and 3rd party SEO tools
Fluent English skills, a second language is a plus
High attention to detail

The ability to take ownership of our organic search channel and lead the SEO roadmap
Create valuable weekly reporting on KPI performance and improvements
The ability to monitor web analytics dashboards and key reporting tools, pointing out key areas of importance and improvements
