Youcome in and first get a cup of coffee or tea for yourself and your colleagues. Then you sit back andstart your mailbox.
You look at what has priority and pick up the priorities. At 11 a.m. you go to the"11 a.m.", during this mini meeting you indicate whether you have any specifics that day.
During thecourse of the day you answer the questions of employees and managers. Meanwhile busy with therecruitment and selection process and the recruitment of new employees.
You prepare thevacancies, put them out and you conduct the job interview together with MT members ordepartment heads. You also prepare the contract and register the new employee for training, so thatthey can also start their adventure fresh.
After you have notified the new employee, you alsoorganize the "Feel Welcome Day". This is an introduction day for all new employees.
Of course youalso get enough time to carry out your assignments for your studies and you have enough room tointroduce your own initiatives regarding new procedures or projects.
