  • temporary 6 months - possibility to extend Salary : - EUR gross / month + benefits Required Languages : English (fluent)In the region of Tilburg we are looking for a customer servicerepresentative with a near native level of English.

    This is atemporary position for about 6 months with a possibility to beextended further. The company you will be working for is alwaysopen to bring talent onboard.

    You will be responsible for theentire administrative and complain process (Order to cash) whichincludes shipment, order processing and customer management.

    Youwill make sure that clients are up to date, and satisfied with theentire operation from order to delivery and give them advice andsupport with complex technical products, service contractsregarding complex equipment.

    You therefore have a goodunderstanding of client relationships, and act always with theclients' interests in mind. You remain organised and focused in achanging environment, and thrive when pressure puts you to thetest.

    Furthermore, you are a connection between differentdepartments of the business - marketing, finance, sales, andlogistics.

  • The company you will work for is a worldwideorganisation and provide you with sufficient challenges that comewith it. Responsibility of a customer service representative : Process orders and complaints, and work on client relationships;
  • Keep yourself up-to-date with policies and practices of the market;Manage calls and ad-hoc queries relating to your clients wishes;
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with internal / externalcontacts. The profile of a good customer service representative : Aservice oriented person that shows a strong character, is a teamplayer, and has a strong analytic capacity.

  • You are an excellentcommunicator and you love to solve problems in order to fullyservice your clients. Preferably HBO / Bachelor degree or similar;
  • Fluent in English; Preferably 1-2 years' experience in B2B or B2Ccustomer service / order management role; Experience with ERPsystems is a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc).
