Within FrieslandCampina Ingredients we are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager who joins our Marketing team :

  • Contribute to and execute a defined part of the marketing strategy of a segment.
  • Accelerate growth of the segment through building and / or launching strong and profitable products and product concepts.

    To be successful in this position, you are / have :

  • Academic / master level, preferably in food technology, technical business admin, business economics or Marketing.
  • Relevant Experience in Marketing, Product Management
  • Understanding the basics of business financials
  • Knowledge of multidisciplinary Project Management
  • 6-8 years working experience (relevant for the Segment e.g. in early life or food)
  • Good financial knowledge. Being able to think in scenarios
  • Result oriented, creative with excellent problem solving, analytical and influencing skills
  • Excellent inter-personal communication skills
  • Analytical and conceptual thinker.
  • Being able to see the bigger picture in a complex environment (helicopter view).
  • Project management skills.
  • Able to work in matrix and network organization with multi-disciplinary approach.
  • Entrepreneur, willing to take ownership, pro-active, driving
