What you will do on a daily basis

To be successful in this position, you need to be a self-starter (ability to work without supervision and manage own day to day priorities) with a passion for service delivery, be able to manage several projects / support activities parallel to one another, and have urgency as a representative of the IT department.

You will also need to have proven experience in service management, vendor management and strong social skills. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who wants to lead breakthrough improvements across Action.

You will ensure the IT Service Delivery within the entire Action IT Landscape meets agreed KPI's. Working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other Coordinators, suppliers, partners and internal teams : monitor, manage, and ensure continuous improvement of the IT Service Quality, ensuring IT industry Best Practice (ITIL) is followed to deliver highly-

available solutions efficiently and effectively.

What characterizes a Service Delivery Coordinator at Action?

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Information Technology or related field of expertise
  • Minimum 4 years of experience providing technical / functional application support.
  • Experience with gathering business requirements and translating them into service / functional / technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating projects / changes / problems / incidents and delivering impact
  • Act as a liaison between the business, IT and our vendors
  • Demonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of organization
  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
