The Role

We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to work within the Investment LoB business development team, to be responsible for the support of consultants undertaking new business activities.

Working closely with others involved in business development including senior investment consultants, you will be responsible for supporting this team in growing our business.

Your role and responsibilities comprise of :

Pitches and Proposals

Respond to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and provide hands-on support shaping proposals, sales presentations and sales collateral, working with in-

house resources for assistance with information gathering, graphics and editorial review

Accurate and timely completion of RFPs and tender documents in consultation with the relevant consultants

Assisting business developers in researching prospects’ business, buying habits, competitive landscape and leverage that data / insight to inform business planning an creation of chase teams within Willis Towers Watson

Work closely with other members of the team to ensure consistency of approach to marketing activities

Client relationship management / business development

Support practice leadership in developing our initiatives (through leadership / product offering) and managing local sales campaigns

Support the Client Relationship Management processes and individual client account teams as appropriate

Develop prospect account plans / strategies and drive execution of action plans

Assisting business developers in researching prospects’ business, buying habits, competitive landscape and leverage that data / insight to inform business planning an creation of chase teams within Willis Towers Watson

Update WTW Investment intranet and website as required

Keeping data records up-to-date and providing client information data analysis and support

Work with internal and external suppliers to build relationships and identify business opportunities

Assisting in setting up opportunities with prospects for senior consultants

Monitoring and recording results, maintenance of the monthly pipeline reports

The Requirements

You should feel at home in a professional, multinational NASDAQ exchange listed corporation. You are capable of connecting with different people and across businesses and geographies.

You are capable of working under pressure, prioritizing the workflow for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Relevant academic background (affinity with finance & investment) e.g. Economics or Business Administration

Excellent oral and written communication skills both Dutch and English, including the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, audience-appropriate messages

Can work autonomously within boundaries of the role, self-starting, pro-active, pragmatic and supportive.

You assume responsibility for your role, organize your work well, work accurately and keep a keen eye on the quality of the work

Representative and good interpersonal skills

Able to deal with stress and being flexible to cope with peaks in work

Excellent MS Office suite skills, comfortable with Windows environment and Client Information Systems

Operating at a tactical delivery level and being hands on’ in the development of proposals
