The Commercial Modelling, Legal and Bid Management team which consistent of 7 colleagues is mainly responsible for the pre-sales contracting process.
It involves customized multi-product / multi-vendor solutions with hardware, software, and services.
Wat will your responsibilities be in more detail?
Lead commercial offer and pricing strategy for complex managed services, RFI’s, RFP’s and other large opportunities.
Interpreting, validating, and managing sales team’s requirements continuous communication with sales teams and other (technical) experts and architects to understand, anticipate and meet customer pricing.
Critically evaluate financing, leasing, tax and accounting impacts of deals. Ensure deals take advantage of and consider revenue recognition in line with NTT policies.
Accountability for the provision of data analysis and the development of cost / price proposals.
Ensure that accounting policies are understood by all relevant stakeholders, maximizing, and protecting margins and group metrics.
Create and update financial analysis of the deals, finalise pricing and associated commercial terms and conditions in NTT Ltd and / or client pricing template.
Cooperate with the Legal, Bid and Compliance team to mitigate risks in terms of penalties contract termination, building agreements, limitation of liability and non-solicitation for bids and / or deals and provide feedback to the key stakeholders regarding these.
Collaborate with stakeholders and arbitrate between various functions, regions and divisions internally within NTT.
Oversee / handover the implementation of pricing proposals across the organization.
Create P&L overview(s) complex managed services, RFI’s, RFP’s and other large opportunities to prepare approval sessions or accountancy purposes.
Working at NTT
NTT Ltd is looking for an analytical, results-oriented player in Presales NL team and our European Commercial team. This person will be responsible for two critical functions :
Leading the commercial modelling specific activities to ensure we are competitive, profitable and meet customer (commercial) demands and needs;
Supporting NL deals, where capacity permits, from a pricing, governance, and pre-sales perspective.
What will make you a good fit for the role?
7+ years of pricing experience in telecommunications, systems integration, and / or business management / consulting or pricing roles that have included quantitative analysis on a global scale.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Commercial Finance or Business economics related, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Solid financial skills along with the ability to process large amounts of information.
Strong experience pricing large projects including RFP's, consolidating costs, margins based on company guidelines, and finalize pricing quotes in complex pricing templates.
Demonstrated client engagement and business development experience with requisite understanding of relevant markets and market penetration strategies.
Advanced MS Excel modeling skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
Previous experience working with / presenting to an executive audience.
Fluent in English and Dutch
