Role description

An opportunity has been created for a new business sales professional joining the enterprise sales team, to focus on MuleSoft within our Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) accounts.

The role will focus on driving expansion in the local market. This is an outstanding career opportunity for a sales professional looking to further his career in a fast paced dynamic environment.

We are currently recruiting a high-energy, driven Account Executive with relevant experience in Software or IT Solution sales, value-driven sales approach.

Ideal candidates should possess strong B2B sales and account management experience and a solid track record selling into the Dutch market.

Drive a high volume of sales by managing the complete sales process

Up-selling and leveraging business from new and established customer relationships

Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings

Managing industry events and user groups to generate market interest

Account Management proven track record in strategic account management

Attend industry recognised sales training programmes

Further development of sales techniques through our Sales Academy, Boot camp and Sales Productivity teams

Basic Requirements

You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales.

By executing thorough customer discovery and research, you will formalize a Go To Market strategy and create qualified target account lists.

You will drive Pipeline development through a combination of customer engagements, marketing campaigns and market sectorknowledge / intelligence.

Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement.

Engage with current and prospect organizations to position Mulesoft solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, return on investment analysis, references and analyst data.

Manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc.

Generate short term results whilst maintaining a long term perspective to maximize overall revenue generation.

Provide accurate monthly forecasting and revenue delivery.

Preferred Requirements

Documented track record of consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals in software / technology sales

Solid sales forecasting abilities and revenue achievement

Experience in establishing, motivating and managing a Virtual Account Team

Successful history of net new business sales

A background in inbound and outbound prospecting and closing of new business

Creative and a team player

Minimum of Bachelor's degree

Fluent in Dutch & English
