Frank, the Executive Chef in charge of F&B, and his team like to take our guests to an informal ambiance full of stories, hospitable service, and passion.

The Chef de Partie has an important role in delivering outstanding experiences to our guests in our food outlets. Every day is a different day, but your main tasks in this function will be :
Making sure that the food we deliver is prepared in accordance with our hygiene rules;
Taking care that the food is presented in a good way and has high quality at all times;
Preparation and service of meals for the breakfast, lunch, dinner, Room Service and Executive Lounge;
Being involved in menu creation for Restaurant Pearl, bar SPARK, and Room Service;
Working effectively within our kitchen team to ensure we deliver a high level of service to our guests;
Independently running a partie and supporting the Jr Sous Chef, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef;
Supervising Demi Chef de Partie and apprentices;
Follow the rules regarding health, safety and hygiene;
Safeguarding stock rotation via the FIFO system;
Communicating with our Food and Beverage team members.
We are looking for someone who
Has completed culinary school (MBO 4 or equivalent);
Has several years of experience as (Demi) Chef de Partie;
Has strong managerial abilities and enjoys motivating the team;
Has the commitment to provide top-level service every day;
Is an enthusiastic person who is guest-oriented;
Has great communication skills and the ability to make a positive impression;
Is flexible to respond quickly and positively to a variety of work situations;
Is enthusiastic to be part of a winning team;
Is fluent in English, Dutch is a preference;
Is available full time (38 hours per week) with flexible schedule;
Has a valid working permit for The Netherlands / Europe
