Responsibilities
Build and develop deep relationships with partners both within and outside the crypto industry, helping drive initiatives to grow our long term business and strategic partnerships
Own the entire value chain and work with both internal and external stakeholders to increase our overall market shareNegotiate complex commercial agreements
Acquiring and developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major broker clients in the Benelux Region
Helping to implement Broker API into customers and ensure changes to original workflow are understood internally and externally
Understand the challenges of our clients and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our (Broker) clients
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by sustained communication, understanding of their needs
Analysis of user behavior, finding hidden needs, writing key customer analysis reports, and communicating with various departments to provide optimal key customer service solutions
Requirements
At least 4-7 years working experience in sales and client services function with an international financial background in banking, investments, tech etc
Strong communication, ability to be flexible in a variety of situations, excellent relationship maintenance and sales skills, able to work under pressureHands-on mentality and ability to take ownership of your own projects Passionate about crypto
Industry experience would be of an advantageExcellent customer service skills-ability to ensure customers’ views are represented in the company and drive continual improvement in user satisfaction
A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads, product and brand awareness
Strong marketing knowledge to strategically grow our brand in your dedicated region
Fluent English & Dutch is a must
