  • As part of the initial launch team we are looking for an experienced Talent Manager. As the Talent Manager Netherlands you will work directly with the CPO and GM to pilot the Talent Acquisition and HR strategy in Netherlands.

    As a Talent Manager, your missions will be

    Talent Acquisition :

  • Recruit the best! At Malt we believe people are our most important asset!
  • Use a mix of headhunting, job adverts and referrals to identify future Malters
  • Own the interview process (screening, in person interviews and case studies) working with hiring managers to objectively assess candidates experience, and most importantly, their potential
  • Ensure the best candidate experience, ensuring candidates are kept up to date all the way through the recruitment process
  • Help our employer branding shine online and offline
  • Local HR management

  • Onboarding of new Malters and with a focus on the new-hire experience
  • Advising Managers and Employees on all HR related topics
  • Training and development
  • Culture & Office Life

  • Everyone at Malt is responsible for Culture but as the local Talent Manager your role will be critical
  • Organise formal and informal events
  • Help make Malt the best place to work in Netherlands.
  • About you

  • Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, ideally in an agency or fast growing startup
  • Proven ability to hunt A-players
  • Trustworthy, credible and reliable
  • Optimistic mindset, you are not afraid of problems but you bring solutions to the table as well
  • Recruitment process

  • First Zoom call with Elisa, our Head of Talent Acquisition , to better understand your background, aspirations and answer your questions. (30-45 minutes)
  • Interview with your Quentin (GM Nothern Europe), to discuss your experience and the role in more detail (45-60 minutes)
  • A coffee with one of our team members so that you can learn more about the life at Malt
  • Final interview with a C-Level to discuss Malt’s long term vision
  • Proposal within 48h
