Your main responsibilities are :
Leading development and excellent execution of the Brand Growth Strategy for the Better For You brand portfolio (Duyvis, Sunbreaks, Snack-
a-Jacks, and more) within Benelux, in close collaboration with the international cross functional category team (ONE BRAND TEAM)
Effectively leading a team of 3 Brand Managers in an increasingly complex business environment
Deliver on annual business plan objectives (NR, SOM, Profit, amongst others), whilst continuously building brand equity and household penetration.
Leading development and excellent execution of integrated marketing communications within a matrixed and multi-market environment.
Highly involved in content creation and innovation on Nuts brand Duyvis, with new creative agency DDB Unlimited (with data and performance at its heart).
Successfully launching NPDs, achieving sustainable in-market results and accelerating the Better For You portfolio performance
Tracking performance (brand, NPD, business) and course correct when needed
Building and nurturing constructive relationships with key creative agencies and suppliers
A&M Budget Management through oversight of the different components of the brand budget to ensure P&L integrity
Qualifications / Requirements
Passionate brand builder with solid commercial acumen
Strong functional marketing experience with proven track record of delivering successful Innovation and Integrated Marketing Communications based on a clear Brand Purpose
Ability to drive long-term brand equity growth whilst deliver on annual business performance objectives (balancing the short and long term)
Analytical thinking and numerical analysis to identifying trends and patterns in multiple sources of data / information
Impacting and influencing senior management with an ability to lead large cross functional project teams
Ability to work across levels, markets, global and cross function teams
Ability to navigate in a digital work environment
You have a university degree or similar;
Relevant experience in (FMCG) Marketing (7+ years);
You’re a pro-active self-starter, entrepreneurial and you have a get things done’ mentality;
You have strong communication skills, are persuasive and able to inspire and take others with you;
People management is one of your key strengths;
Collaborative and comfortable working in the open
Languages : Dutch and / or French and English.
Willing to travel in the Benelux (20%)
