You will be part of the Internal Communications Team / People Team at HQ, the team that shares relevant and fun content and information across the organisation, motivating and engaging all our team members across Europe! Our objective is to deliver an inspiring employee experience through our communications, strengthening our organisation along the way, and supporting our leaders and team members on our future journey.

Are you an enthusiastic university (or applied sciences) student with a creative affinity for internal communications and organisational change?

Then this is something for you! We are looking for a bold and entrepreneurial intern with strong communicative skills, both spoken and written and a fluency in English to start with us in August / September 2022 .

You will join our Internal Communications team and work closely with . actually everyone at TSH!

What You'll Do

Manage the internal communications calendar, making sure it’s balanced and inclusive

Create an agenda for internal newsletters, write articles, edit & fine-tune

Draft our bi-weekly internal newsletter

Interview team members across our hotel locations and offices and interview external people and organisations we can learn from

Organise internal events for our teams in The Hub and your fellow interns across Europe

Support on internal projects and events to promote our brand and culture, such as our TSH Summer and Winter Festival

Manage incoming internal communications requests

Research new internal communication tools that help drive our future journey and employee engagement forward

Draft and design presentations

Who You Are

You are an enthusiastic (HBO) / WO Bachelor- or Master student

You live in or nearby Amsterdam

You're fluent in English and have very good English writing skills

You have excellent people & communication skills

You're able to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-pace environment

You have strong organisational skills and eye for detail

You have an entrepreneurial, open-minded and curious mindset, not afraid to think out-of-the-box and eager to learn
