For the Benelux region we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Marketing Manager. A person who drives the company’s vision, mission and strategic planning.

You oversee all marketing activities to generate the market for our products and services based on a deep understanding of our solutions client’s needs and competitive field.

In the Benelux you are responsible for the marketing strategy and execution from raising brand awareness to facilitating deal closure.

You determine marketing activities, messages, campaigns and distribution channels. You drive internal and external partnerships to ensure you achieve the business goals.

This position reports to and cooperates with the Sales Director Benelux and is based in Amsterdam.

Your Challenge

  • Identify market insights & trends for the Benelux region how to reach out to prospect customers to increase our market share.
  • Create and manage a (digital) marketing-lead funnel to provide a growing stream of prospect customers in strong collaboration with the Benelux sales team, resellers and the global marketing team of TomTom Telematics.
  • Ensure that our Benelux sales team, resellers and partners have the necessary tools and resources to drive further growth.
  • Establish new channels (including online and social media) to reach out to business entrepreneurs and corporations.
  • Create market awareness through an integrated content marketing & social media strategy for our key segments and verticals.
  • Increase revenue and loyalty amongst our existing Benelux customers.
  • What do we expect from you?

  • 5 + years of relevant experience in a professional marketing position preferably within B2B technology.
  • Strategic marketing in a timely and qualitative execution with proven marketing budget responsibility.
  • Expertise in digital and online marketing.
  • Proven track record in driving sales results by designing & executing marketing plans for direct and indirect sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Structured, energetic and result-driven with a good business understanding.
  • Ability to work autonomously, but at the same time, enjoying working in a team and in a dynamic environment.
  • Fluent Dutch and English is a must. French would be a plus.
  • Great communicator : skills in creating messages and relevant added value content.
  • Eloqua and salesforce experience would be a plus.
