WHAT YOU'LL BE IN CHARGE OF
Part of our offering consists of enabling public charging, both on our own chargepoint network as well as on the networks of others ( roaming’) and both to our own customers as well as to the customers of our partners (co-branded and customer branded own e-mobility services).
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team. This team is responsible for the commercial activities, proposition management and product development of our Driver- and Roaming Services focusing on end-users, corporate and wholesale customers.
THIS IS HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
Representing and positioning NewMotion as the key supplier for EV Mobility Service Provision (MSP) in the EU wholesale market to main customer segments (OEM, Lease and fuel card companies)
Ability to understand the key customer requirements and sell the NewMotion services
Initiate new sales opportunities and work in close cooperation with the local management in various countries to follow-up and / or create new leads
Signalling new trends relevant for NewMotion’s service portfolio
Having an excellent understanding of the EU Electric Vehicle market, the various market players and stakeholders
Manage RFP processes initiated by potential Wholesale customers for MSP services, ensure appropriate follow-up and finalize them successfully
Closing agreements with (potential) wholesale customers
Account management of existing wholesale customers to ensure customer satisfaction, enhance revenues and identify new upsell initiatives.
Focal point for assigned key accounts
Close cooperation with our international sales team
Achieving new sales and revenue targets
Provide input to the product and proposition teams based on identified customer needs, competitor reviews, etc.
Represent the MSP domain and wholesale customers within the organisation
THIS IS WHO YOU ARE
Master degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or similar
5+ years experience in a comparable role in EV- or similar type industry e.g. telco -, internet -, financial - or mobility service sector
Proven sales and account management experience with advanced value added services
Experienced with consultative selling
Strong negotiating skills and track record on successful closing beneficial agreements for supplier
Converts customer requirements into standard solutions
Strong in building long term sustainable relations
Ability to quickly understand a highly complex product & market, both from a technology as from a business point of view
Comfortable in thinking in business models from different perspective and setting the right priorities in realisation of the targets
Fluent in English, a second language e.g German, Dutch or French is a pre
Result driven and able to work with tight deadlines
Comfortable to operate in a fast paced environment
Experience within the EV market or with mobility services is highly valued
