Position Summary

In the Customer Service Representative Order Management role you will be responsible for the day to day activities like order entry, general questions about the delivery of the products or returns, creation of new customers and complaint management, due to phones calls and emails, you will answer the customer in our internally defined service levels and provide an excellence and professional service to our customers.

You are solution orientated and find quickly resolvement of the issue to keep our customer satisfaction high.

Daily Coordination

Provide day to day support to our customers with questions via email or phone according to the internal Service Levels.

Follow up with internal functions.

Follow up on complaints and include internal stake holders.

Collaborate with Sales on customer expectations.

Collaborate with our suppliers and carriers

Collaborate with our Warehouses in Germany and France.

Interpersonal Skills / Teamwork

Develop beneficial relationships with internal and external colleagues / customers

Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems

Minimum Requirements / Qualifications :

2 - 3 years working experience in a Customer Service role

Experience working in a complex organization (matrix organization)

Experience in order management or a logistic organization

Experience in Microsoft office

Experience in a professional way of communication to our customers

Eager to learn

Fluency in Dutch and English (Written & Spoken) French would be a positive addition

Driving license preferred.
