We are looking to add a Chief of Staff in People Team to help support the evolution of the facilities and locations strategy at Mambu.

In this role, you will support the coordination, project management and delivery of our workplace strategy as Mambu transforms its people programs, structure, and processes to support our mission of creating the #1 place to work in the SaaS space .

This critical role is a key member of the People Leadership Team and will help facilitate the definition and delivery of the workplace strategy and agenda for the entire organisation during a time of significant growth as we scale the company.

What we are looking for

  • We are looking to add a Chief of Staff to help support the evolution of the People team at Mambu. In this role, you will support the coordination, project management and delivery of our People Strategy as Mambu transforms its people programs, structure, and processes to support our mission of creating the #1 place to work in the SaaS space .
  • This critical role is a key member of the People Leadership Team reporting to the Chief People Officer and will help facilitate the definition and delivery of the people and culture strategy and agenda for the entire organisation during a time of significant growth as we scale the company.

  • You will support the Mambu business by delivering the best people experience in the industry. You will play a key role in helping the People team focus on and achieve their most important strategic goals in coming months and years.
  • In this role you will drive a strong agenda of accountability, execution and delivery. You will partner with the Chief People Officer, the People leadership team and other Chiefs of Staff to align and execute against the People team's vision, strategy and strategic promises.

  • You will extensively collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations and several cross functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, etc.
  • You will easily navigate from strategy to tactical issues.

    What you will do for us

  • Build a robust people plan and hold the team accountable for delivery
  • Drive a strategic planning process, organisational assessments and coordinate the efforts of the People leadership team, taking into context the operating environment, current and future capability needs, strategic priorities and assess the organisational needs required to achieve themRefine and drive the People team operating system and establish infrastructure to ensure ownership and accountability across our priorities with a consistent approach and toolkit.

  • You will co-create and track quarterly and yearly goals and priorities Facilitate the management system of the People team, including developing the agenda to review strategy, monitor execution of our priorities, ensure organisational health and maintain focus on the operating context of the businessDevelop and execute an employee-centric operating model, working closely with key stakeholders across the People team and in other functional areas to ensure the People team understands the context for the work we are driving, and feels connected to each other and the impact we have on our workforceManage the People budget to ensure we are focusing our resources on the highest impact work that creates maximum business value Create a rigorous, metrics-driven culture;
  • ensuring data-informed decision-makingSupport the coordinated execution of key critical initiatives. Drive process improvement and process simplification wherever possible.

  • Consult and collaborate with leadership to drive outcomes
  • Forge relationships and facilitate collaboration among Mambu’s senior leaders within and beyond the People team to develop end-to-end solutions to complex business problemsBe a confidante, trusted advisor and partner to the CPO to chart the course for the People team and drive the highest priority work that will accelerate the impact of our work across Mambu Prepare high impact Board and leadership presentations with meaningful insights, market data and next-generation consulting models to encourage action and delivery of the overall people strategyCollaborate with leaders across the other business support functions to ensure that the People team is delivering value and driving the people agenda effectively Support in administrative leadership and facilitation of back office duties such as staff meetings, all manager meetings, all org meetings, strategic off-sites, and planning sessions.

    Build and handle the organizational calendar of meetings, events and checkpoints. Lead compliance of actions and aim to closure.

  • Facilitate the creation of the place to work in HR in SaaS
  • Role-model best in class leadership skills to drive rapport, credibility, trust and respect across the People organisation and beyond to help build a world-class cultureBuild influential relationships across the organisation to influence the people and culture agenda and drive organisational priorities and programsWorking with the CPO and the People leadership team to ensure we create an environment where we attract top tier HR talent and motivate our top performers to do the best work of their careersSupport with organizational communications and announcementsSupport the coordinated execution of key critical initiatives.
