As a high skilled Digital Project Manager, you are responsible for the creation and delivery of innovative and commercial Digital projects, processes, and technology to further boost the growth of all our digital channels.

You will come up with and implement, all sorts of technical solutions and process optimizations, which will make the life of our Digital Category Specialists and the rest of the Digital team much easier.

Our Digital Category Specialists are constantly looking for new, innovative ways to boost digital sales in all our channels.

This means that things in the back-end can become a bit more complex. And that’s where you come in! Together with the other Program Specialists and the development team you will make sure that every new front-end solution is supported by solid technology and processes.

In this ongoing process you are the linking pin between the commercial team and the development team.

And if you start, it will look like this :

  • The main responsibility is to support the Category Specialists by finding and creating the best (technical) solutions in our digital backbone : DAM, MDM, OMS, CMS and much more.
  • You are continuously looking for process optimizations when it comes to product launches, stock availability, assortment management, master data management, etc.
  • You will co create program management tools for digital specifically and you are responsible for projects like Active Assortment, Stock Availability, Dashboard Optimizations and Article Structure.
  • Together with the other Digital Project Managers, you are responsible for the configurations on the website and act as a contact person for the development team for technical related questions / issues.
  • You are also part of sprint planning meetings with various technical teams.

  • You really understands the business and the data to support in the further growth of our digital channels.

    Within the Digital Commerce team, you work mostly together with the Digital Category Specialists and the Digital Project Managers (or internally called Program Specialists) of the Content Team.

    Outside of the team you are in close contact with the Digital Development Team, the Business Technology Team and Supply Chain.

    Just like you, they all have a genuine drive to create best-in-class back-end solutions that can support all front-end developments.

    You have a problem-solving mindset and are not afraid to dive into the details. You have strong analytical skills and are able to just go’ without being told what to do exactly.

    If you are not hands-on, you will not succeed at Rituals. It’s no problem for you to oversee oversee the design, development, and implementation of technical solutions. And on top of it :

  • You have an academic (University) or higher vocational (HBO) background.
  • You have around 1- 3 years’ experience in a similar position, experience with MDM and STEP is a huge plus.
  • You feel comfortable working with the newest technology, and you are excited to be part of this innovative position that is about much more than just the application.
  • You have a positive problem-solving mindset to find a solution, you are not set back by complexity.
  • You can communicate in both technical and stakeholder-friendly language to get things done. You have a good understanding of consumers, customers, categories, competition, and shoppers and uses this information to develop the assortment.
