Meet the job
As part of our global marketing team you will help frame a design system that will be applied across both print and digital.
You will collaborate with various departments across multiple disciplines (such as sales, R&D, and Professional Services), so it is important that you are able to listen to other people’s ideas and bring those ideas to life.
With a genuine passion for design, you will be up to date with the very latest skills and techniques that will help to push us forward as a business and stay at the forefront of design and technology.
You will report to the Director of Brand and will be based in Amsterdam. This role is full-time.
How about you ?
You are an expert in designing brand identities, including grid systems, editorial layouts and digital experiences across different devices.
You are fluent in both spoken and written English.
You can create and maintain pixel perfect style guides.
You can use use Adobe Creative Suite even in your sleep, and you are able spot a typo from 10 meters away.
Backbase is a fast moving environment so it is crucial that you are ready to multi-task and can prioritize and organize your own time effectively.
You have excellent presentation skills and stakeholder management skills
