Felyx is a sustainable e-moped sharing platform with a proven business model in The Netherlands and Belgium. soon also in France and Germany.

The company is looking for a Head of HR to manage our HR team and strengthen the HQ Leadership team. Are you the inspiring people manager that felyx is looking for?

How is felyx currently positioned?

Felyx is one of the few micro-mobility players in the world that is EBITDA positive on group level with a fleet of c3,000 e-mopeds.

We are a young company with more than a hundred employees, working in the operations or at the head office in Amsterdam.

We are operational in Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Delft, Groningen, Eindhoven and Brussels including neighbouring municipalities and will be launching 10 more Dutch cities in 2020 and 2021.

Next to that, we have a strong focus on scaling internationally over the coming years.

Here's the challenge

As Head of HR you are the face and the voice of felyx for future and current talent. The framework is set, but now it is up to you to further develop and shape Recruitment and HR, based on your vision and expertise.

You set the strategy in the field of HR and Recruitment at the global level. You know what needs to be done within HR. What steps we need to take to be a great employer on the one hand, and to facilitate growth on the other.

Within the Global Leadership team you are responsible for the HR agenda that felyx conducts, you are a sparring partner for Management and you lead the Global HR team (3fte).

And indirectly to the HR Business Partners in the foreign markets.

This is not your first rodeo and you know exactly what needs to be done in the phase in which felyx is in, you have a solid footing and can convince colleagues of the steps we need to take in HR and the resources you need to do so.

But also as Global Head or you have your feet in the mud. Jumping in, boosting and motivating is in you of course.

Your excellent legal knowledge ensures that you advise colleagues and assist with Recruitment when we recruit MT or LT roles.

To accomplish this you will :

  • You put the HR agenda in the team as well as towards the Management Team
  • Leads the HR team in an inspiring way
  • You have an important share in the international expansion : recruitment, onboarding and legal
  • Start developing a Performance Management program
  • You forecast and control the budget you have set
  • Create a strong employer brand
  • You have a strong vision of internal culture and which initiatives you can implement
  • Ensure we have a flawless employee experience

  • Requirements

    We truly get excited if you

  • Have approximately 5-8 year’s experience in full cycle recruitment and HR
  • You have led an (overall HR) team for at least 3 years
  • You have experience in setting a modern HR agenda
  • You have demonstrable experience in an organization that has gone through hypergrowth
  • Are able to develop a strategy, switching between long-term objectives and short-term hiring needs
  • You have experience in drawing up and managing (global) HR budgets and expenses
  • You have demonstrable experience in the 'internationalization' of an organization
  • You have a clear vision of inclusive recruitment and Employer Branding
  • Know your tools and are up-to-date with the current recruitment & employee experience trends
  • Share our entrepreneurial mindset : self-starting, hands-on, curious and constantly pushing boundaries
  • Have exceptional oral- and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • This vacancy is for 40 hours per week (part-time not possible)
