Business Overview & Position Objective :
Account Services Ops is supporting cash account opening / closure / maintenance for
Corporate Banking Customers of Citibank N.A., Tokyo Branch. Objectives of this position are
1) Process requests from clients
2) Make necessary system maintenance of clients
3) Update processes based on various change in the market, product, regulations,
4) Lead and / or support various projects together with internal / external stakeholders (i.e. regional / global partners, Cash Product Mangers, Relationship Managers, Compliance, Legal, AML, Technology, etc)
Position Responsibilities :
Process day-to-day transactions timely an accurately by obtaining necessary knowledge about multiple regulations / rules (Companies Act, ID Law, FIEL, AML regulations, etc)
Provide the proper guidance to customers and / or other partners (Relationship Managers, staff members in other countries) by close communication and with good understanding of related law, policies, requirements, system logic etc.
Improve operational efficiency and accuracy by changing procedures, systems, etc,
Qualification Required Experiences Knowledge Skills Licensed :
English Communication (TOEIC : 800)
PC Skills (Word, EXCEL, Power Point etc.)
Strong communication, negotiation, persuasion and inter-personal skills.
Understanding of country regulations, legal issue, Citibank policies.
Knowledge on banking and financial skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work as a team.
Required Language Level :
Japanese - Advanced Level (Can communicate like a native speaker and perform complex tasks
English Intermediate Level (Can understand business presentations and speak at internal / external meetings or teleconferences
