This role is part of BU Agriculture, responsible for a global team of quality managers. Its responsibilities are at the heart of driving our overall quality program in our factories, distribution and interactions with customers, so aspiring for total quality must be in your DNA.

As a member of BU Agriculture's management team, your leadership responsibilities would comprise :
Creating & improving Q&R awareness level
Establishing and managing a Net Promotor Score
Monitors and ensures end-2-end product quality and compliancy
Manages an effective Quality Review process, including routine reporting
Introduces and implements the quality processes and tools required to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction
Manages compliance to safety standards and regulations like UL, CE, PSE etc. as required, guidelines and policies to all products and operations are consistent with those regulations
Manages the review and approval of finished products manufactured for and by the company in accordance with their approved specifications
Manages supplier Quality aspects for the business in coordination with the SQ function within the procurement organization.
This includes all inspections and questions relating to the operation of the manufacturing sites
Manages the field quality team and processes, incl. product recall activities acc. company policies and procedures
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company
We want you to have
A master’s degree, in a technical or related discipline
5+ years of experience in direct leadership roles in quality with proven track record of transforming the function, building successful teams and developing talents
Has broad expertise or unique knowledge, user skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways
Knowledge of business products and services
Regular interaction with executives and major customers
