In this role, you have the opportunity to

grow our sales in the Healthcare markets, and do that with our leading technology offerings.

As a Business Development Manager for Philips Innovation Services you will develop your market and customer insights and build strong customer relations.

You develop go-to-market plans, and drive the execution via innovative projects. You have access to, and credibility with the high level management of relevant accounts.

You are part of multidisciplinary teams in Philips Innovation Services, closely working with architects, developers and technical experts of our departments.

You are responsible for

  • Develop and implement go-to-market plans for selected segments / clusters, together with external and internal stakeholders
  • Participate at industry events and promote Philips Innovations Services
  • Develop and drive credible and productive long-term relations at various levels and disciplines
  • Define projects and negotiate agreements with customers
  • Work closely in functional and operational teams, involving disciplines like Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance, and in a global organization.
  • Be accountable for sales forecasts and results, including margin achievement
  • Travel internationally for up to 10% of your time.

    The Sales and Marketing team of Philips Innovation Services is responsible for Sales, Account Management, and Marketing to internal and external customers of Philips Innovation Services.

    You are responsible for the business development towards the Healthcare markets.

    You report directly to the Senior Director of Sales of Philips Innovation Services.

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • A Master s degree in engineering or Healthcare related field.
  • At least 10 years of commercial working experience, with a proven track record (5+ years), and a relevant network within the Healthcare market .
  • Proven Commercial experience and affinity with the Healthcare market.
  • Ability to combine customer needs and requirements with a successful business proposition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and team player
  • An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate on different levels of an organization
  • A self-driven and result-oriented networker with a strong customer focus
