You'll be the anchor for digital communications across the consumer journey for Philips Hue and ensure that the MarCom team is empowered to exploit digital opportunities.
It's a truly global job : you work closely with the markets on digital opportunities.You’ll be part of the Global B2C Marcom team within Signify’s Brand Communications department.
The B2C team is central in the development of the communication strategy for B2C globally. We anchor the value propositions, communication strategy, messaging, creation and execution for different consumer brands within Signify, working closely with the business groups to develop marketing communication campaigns and programs for the B2C target groups and channels.
What you’ll doAre the main anchor for marketing & communications on meethue.com, following the Philips Hue marcom strategy and insights from personas research.
You guide, guard, own & regularly evaluate the UX of the consumer website(s).Own and manage a key digital and business transformation program from a marketing and communication perspective (D2C).
Drive digital project management within MarCom.Improve marketing content on meethue.com based on learnings, insights and consumer data with the aim to drive better engagement and conversion.
Advise on how and where to publish campaigns and propositions for key business or market launches on the website.Create the digital parameters and guidelines from which the product specialist develop content.
Ensure the content creation is appropriate for the envisage channels (ecommerce / web / banners etc).Follow latest trends and digital innovations and pilot within the business.
Build and manage strong relationship with relevant departments and stakeholders.Lead the User Generated Content across Philips Hue touchpointsStrengthen eCommerce being the single point of contact between MarCom & Digital and improve it's eCommerce content.
