  • Design scalable, performance optimal and re-usable technical solution to meet specific business requirements
  • Develop technical specifications, coding, testing, and documentation
  • Develop custom reports, Perform Proof-of-concept and prototyping activities whenever required

  • Develop high level architecture and solution design for implementation of business requirement.
  • Lead the ABAP deliverables in terms of code fixes, remediation, HANA compliant, reprogramming and performance tuning on migration and upgrade case scenarios.
  • Perform data mapping, data cleansing / conversion activities and data aging setup.
  • Work closely with onsite and offshore team working on Functional, ABAP, Basis and Security during design and implementation.
  • Work with SAP through service market place in articulating product gaps & issues in SAP.
  • Work with Project teams to develop and resolve SAP ABAP issues.
  • Proactively identify performance bottlenecks in the systems and come up with original and technically scalable solutions.
  • Learn new SAP Technologies as they are implemented.
  • Develop new programs for Project team and also work on SAP Initiatives.
  • What we need to see from you

    Required Professional and Technical Expertise

  • At least 10 years of strong consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
  • At least 5 years of experience in upgrade / migration, code optimization and remediation, SAP Fiori, HANA or S / 4HANA development and core SAP systems like ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, PI, SRM, Solution Manager and other SAP products.
  • At least 5 years of experience with SAP technologies (SAP HANA, SAP Business Suite and Business Warehouse, SAP Netweaver, SAP S / 4HANA) in designing, creating and deploying ABAP programs.
  • Experience of development and delivery within core SAP solutions as well as on the SAP HANA platform
  • Deep SAP HANA Product knowledge, covering all aspects including ABAP, native HANA and general software development. Evidence of thought leadership in this domain is preferable.
  • Working experience in SAPUI5, Fiori, ABAP on HANA, OData Services is a plus.
