Our Customer Support team in Haarlem is in need of a new colleague, who considers him or herself to be an expert in keeping complex software working according to our customers needs.
You will operate clusters of servers running an analytics and data processing platform. You will be monitoring and analyzing the delivery infrastructure, improve it where required and implement new tools and features to facilitate the scrum teams.
You will communicate directly with end users, customers and partners worldwide, from Australia, United Stated to our home market the Netherlands.
You will work together with them to reproduce issues and work with the development team to get them fixed.
We are looking for a versatile, experienced, and innovative thinker - someone who is willing and able to navigate any type of problem.
Candidates must be trustworthy, reliable, and unafraid to make decisions. Excellent communication and presentation skills with end users, managers, and developers are essential.

The Haarlem office is located near Amsterdam and Schiphol airport. At this location systems are produced and delivered on a global scale.
Product development takes place in a high tech engineering department, taking care of hard- and software development.
Customer driven projects are managed from the office mainly for the European market. Our customers are central and local governments that are increasingly challenged by the negative effects of increased mobility.
At our location around 70 colleagues divided over different departments and from different nationalities are supporting you in success.
