As Waada is a launching platform for new entrepreneurial initiatives, we are looking for a HR advisor who wants to be responsible for the entire HR process.

Who are you?

For the role of HR advisor we are looking for someone that wants to be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Manage HR administration for the workforce in the Netherlands such as new hire administration, correspondence and personnel files;
  • First point of contact for your colleagues regarding HR related questions;
  • Draft news employee contracts and agreements (lease car, mobile phone, laptop etc);
  • When new colleagues sign their contract you will explain the terms of employment and of course welcome them to the company;
  • Every month we welcome new colleagues during our bootcamp. You will explain all the HR related topics during a presentation;
  • You provide employees with information about relevant regulations and employment conditions where necessary;
  • You will make sure our archive is flawless.
  • What do you need?

  • You have completed your HBO / WO education (HRM);
  • You have a minimum of 2 years working experience within a HR role;
  • You would be described as a friendly, social person that likes to work in a precise and structured manner;
  • Experience with the AFAS system would be a plus;
  • You are critical of your own work;
  • You speak both Dutch as English fluently.
