What will you be doing?

As a marketing automation & CRM specialist, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team and work closely together with your peers of the global marketing department on advanced digital strategies.

Within the multichannel team you are responsible to effectively use Salesforce for marketing automation and CRM. From strategy to execution, you are the one that drives our marketing automation efforts to facilitate customer journeys and generate qualified leads.

Responsibilities :

  • Create and implement an effective marketing automation and CRM strategy using Salesforce
  • Deliver a growing number of qualified leads by developing marketing automation campaigns
  • Launch email campaigns, including email template setup, campaign setup, testing, scheduling, tracking and measuring campaigns
  • Effectively use lead scoring best practices to enable higher conversions of quality leads
  • Optimize campaigns, do proposals for growth experiments and perform A / B testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results
  • Segment audiences to optimize campaigns and increase the effectiveness and ensure the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing
  • Partner with sales to apply effective lead assignment rules ensuring a seamless lead follow-up process
  • Provide ongoing reporting and analyze data to find optimization opportunities
  • Manage day-to day operations and partner with digital experts in the global marketing team
  • Acting as a product owner of CRM, representing marketing in multidisciplinary projects across the organization

  • Proven track record of driving marketing automation, database marketing and CRM strategies
  • Strong background in demand and lead generation, inbound marketing and conversion optimization
  • Strong strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach
  • Pragmatic way of working and ability to translate strategy into tactics
  • Proficient with Salesforce marketing cloud (3+ years of experience)
  • Data driven decision making
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or any other relevant fieldProactive and passionate about b2b marketing
  • Team player
  • You have a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • You are independent & solution minded
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Bonus : experience in 3D printing or other tech market
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in an international / multidisciplinary team and with people from different backgrounds
