Job Description

Our respected Client is a commercial property investment, development & construction and management company with end-to-end activities in the real estate value chain with a specific focus on warehousing and industrial assets.

To ensure their strong growth, the Company is looking for a Regional Business Development Director highly experienced in warehouse and / or industrial asset environments.

Overall responsibility and mission :

This is a strategic position in which Your main goal is to secure business for the portfolio - current and future properties the company owns and develops.

Regional Business Development Director

Responsibilities :

Responsibility for commercialization (pre-leasing / leasing) : finding tenants (directly or through agencies) in order to reduce vacancy or initiate new developments.

Develop and nurture relationships with potential tenants, agents and other business partners.

Generate new business opportunities,

Management of regional business development team and cooperation with other departments,

Negotiations with existing and prospect clients,

Coordination of internal sources in order to make the opportunities happen,

Coordination of meetings and viewings with clients and local team members,

Close collaboration with the Land Development Department - Land scouting and acquisitions : searching and finding new opportunities (land for future developments) and identifying suitable acquisition targets.

Representing and promoting the Company at different events such as conferences, fairs etc.

Expectations and requirements :

The ideal candidate has relevant business development / leasing background in the Log & Ind sector,

Commercial talent, outstanding communication skills, is a networker , able to build strong connections with various stakeholders.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role,

Deep knowledge of the market : demand and opportunities, projects and competitors.

Well connected with the market, able to identify and close new opportunities,

Highly developed management, communication, and analytical skills,

Well-established position in the Real Estate and Property Development field,

An effective team player,

Fluent English along with native Dutch,

Ideally, ready to join as soon as possible.
