Job DescriptionAs Main Deliverable Owner For Optical Sensor : You are the front-man of a medium size ( 5 people) physics team that is responsible for Hardware and Software functionality for the latest level sensor development and lead integration activities.
You take the operational lead of the physics team and pick up the organizationally complex design topics. You ensure close alignment with mechanical, electronics, software and industrialization teams within the same project.
You coordinate the integration activities of the new Level Sensor by claiming machine test time and support definition and realization of test plans.
This required intensive alignment with for example the integration department and other stakeholders within ASML.The technical scope consists of the UV Level Sensor for the newest generation of EUV scanners.
You are responsible for : Handling organizationally complex design issues Maintaining and aligning the team planManaging physical design, verification and test of Level Sensor optical modules and calibration SoftwareManaging project deliveries, e.
g. modified Level Sensor hardware, documentation and Matlab toolingManaging preparation and realization of integration on EUV scannerInterfacing with key supply partners and ASML WiltonRisks and issues management Support of Project LeaderEducationTechnical University, PhD or masters in physics or mechanical engineeringExperienceProven leadership experience in medium size teams within a technical environmentAt least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
