Job Description : The 3PL / Supply Chain Execution Strategy Director will be responsible to develop and support the execution of the go-to market plans.
as well as developing the demand-generation, marketing, and sales plans to achieve the budget. You will develop point of views, whitepaper / bylines, and speak in conferences on behalf of Blue Yonder, so that you will be recognized as a thought-leader in the industry.
You will also engage directly with prospects and customers, particularly with senior leaders to help them build business cases and roadmaps leading to value transformations for their businesses.
Major Responsibilities 50-70% direct field sales engagement Deliver company positioning Conduct executive workshops Deliver tailored point of views (business case, value propositions, call to actions) Become strategic / trusted advisor at the CxO / VP level Support account and pursuit planning 20-30% marketing and field enablement Conduct industry research and deliver internal point of views Develop whitepaper and byline contents Develop and deliver field enablement contents Develop GTM and demand-generation plans Deliver analyst & press coverages, conference presentations and be recognized as an industry thought-leader Provide innovation and roadmap feedback to product management Skills Demonstrated experience in the 3PL / Supply Chain Execution arena Demonstrated ability to be a strategic advisor at the CxO / VP level Demonstrated ability to develop and foster executive relationships Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional / matrix collaboration efforts Demonstrated ability to perform discovery and translate into point of views, solutions or actions Demonstrated interpersonal, public-speaking, collaboration and facilitation skills Knowledge of enterprise software solutions, particularly Warehouse Management and Transportation Management Entrepreneurial mindset, instinct to grow the business and exceed the budget Mentoring and coaching Personal Profile : Demonstrates independence in action, decision making, goal oriented and driven.
