Analyse and actively monitor commercial performance of the campaigns. Create the right workflow and content per campaign to reduce time-
to-market and build partnerships with local production companies. Conduct market and user research to understand the local dynamics for direct mail campaigns, in order to allow for the right commercial decisions with regards to offline incentives.
Generate ideas for new campaigns from multiple sources including quantitative data, user research and other teams. Formulate the right value propositions for offline incentives while putting the customer behaviour at the centre of our product.
B. Skilled 5+ years of experience implementing offline marketing campaigns on a global level. Thorough understanding of marketing elements, especially related to offline marketing.
Solid computer skills, including MS Excel and marketing software. A basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is required. Well-organised and detail oriented.
Passion for solving problems creatively, starting small, failing fast, and applying your learnings. Excellent English communication skills.
Able to work with and process MySQL queries.
