We are looking for you if you are a T-shaped professional with affinity with HR. You want to dive deep into the reporting functionality of Workday but also have a sound understanding about HR processes and topics.

You are curious and eager to learn, have a can-do attitude and have the drive to find the best solutions for our global internal customers.

You will :

  • Analyse (business) requirements and describe pros and cons of options, propose new HR reports and dashboards
  • Cooperate closely with global and local HR teams to understand their needs and pro-actively come up with solutions for improving reports and dashboards
  • Design, build and test new reports and dashboards
  • Define, implement and maintain calculated fields
  • Streamline and optimize existing reporting (improve, combine, clean-up)
  • Support Workday reports : solving issues and bugs
  • Make documentation, user support materials and communicate to global and local HR teams and non-HR teams about new reports
  • Educate end users on reporting capabilities and continuously look for reporting enhancements to support evolving company requirements
  • But also :

  • You help mature HR in data-driven working by developing smart and data-driven improvements.
  • Follow the Workday community, learn about new functionalities and share knowledge within the team.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with Solution Specialists who work on configuration changes in Workday.
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with other colleagues in the Chapter who work on Analytics and HR Innovation projects.
  • With each other

    You are part of the HR Chapter Data & Innovation. This Chapter consists of 18 highly motivated professionals who know what is going on in the organisation and help the organization with using smart data and information for excellent decisions.

    With you, there will be 4 Workday reporting specialists in the Chapter.

    I like the challenge to design and build reports and dashboards that are really fit for purpose. So we listen to our (internal) customers and try to fulfil individual wishes while aiming for reports that can be used globally in all regions, always a bit of a balancing act.

    The fact that insights needed vary between operational lists and strategic dashboards makes this job very attractive because of the variety of topics, skills needed and customers we work with.

    With your talents

    Having a customer focus and analytical complex problem-solving skills, being result-driven, self-reflective and optimistic are essential for this role.

    You also have or are :

  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Business or HR
  • Minimal 2-3 years of experience in building Workday Reports and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of people related data and a demonstrated ability to present data in a thoughtful and coherent way
  • Experience as a business analyst and ability to translate client requests into meaningful dashboards and reports
  • Attention for detail
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Team player and collaborative skills
  • Experienced on working agile / scrum
