You are responsible for Ensure Philips University strategic or key initiative programs (multi-month learning journeys with application-type learning objectives / strategic capability building projects) are executed successfully leading to results originally target, Drive the program’s success and completion of target audience by acting as the spokesperson and be the Philips University face in all communication regarding the program towards key stakeholders, Build relationships with (senior) Program Sponsors / Owner and other key stakeholders in businesses, markets and functions.
Build understanding of the cultural context of the business and their needs. Act as an advisor and suggest improvements to Learning consultant and design and develop stage and later leverage program evaluations and stakeholder feedback to initiate improvements via portfolio team, Work with the Learning Consultants and PPS to plan the delivery architecture (end to end) ensuring seamless user experiences across programs, platforms, activation messages, Deal with incoming questions on related programs, provide support where needed to Program Stakeholders and Program delivery partners, Work closely together with learning delivery hubs and HR operations centers to ensure smooth delivery, support continuous improvement projects on process improvement when necessary in order to improve continuously learner’s experience of learning and development at Philips, Build relationships with delivery partners, Ensure new learning needs and ideas are shared actively with the Learning Business Partners, Ensure new learning demand are shared actively to the learning delivery hubs, support in providing inputs for Learning Plans, Ensure demand for trainers are raised to the global trainer manager, support in building and maintaining the trainer base, Suggest improvements for the design of the program and leverage program evaluations to advise the portfolio manager on maintenance requirements, Support global delivery team in reviewing the design of the program, ensure deliverability, Understanding the Philips University curriculum & University operating model and set up, Active participation in global team meetings and projects, ensure your hub works according to global processes and standards, Co-create run book for ensuring a sustainable and standard approach to program delivery, Support in facilitation, like kick off calls and closing sessions, Own stakeholder communication design and development on program results, achievements and KPI that need to be achieved.
Support Learning Business Partners communicating back with Business, Market and Function the success stories and key achievements of your programs.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience Bachelor / Master Degree, At least 10 years of work experience, of which several years in a comparable multinational / culture environment, Experience on successfully implementing large scale or critical capability development programs across multinational matrix organization, Demonstrated experience in a learning delivery position, Demonstrated experience as project manager in large global projects, Strong service minded problem solver with continuous improvement at their DNA, Able to operate as part of a larger organization, demonstrated working in existing framework and processes, Experience in partnering and coaching senior stakeholders, learning and development, Strong communication skills, both in written as well as in verbal communication.
