The Analyst Payroll Operations plays an instrumental role in ensuring that payroll processes and systems continuously serve the company’s international payroll operations, according to varying international payroll requirements and compliance regulations.

There will be a high focus on process and information management initiatives including daily maintenance (VBA programming, systems integration), data validation and analysis required to support the team of Payroll Operations


  • Ensure timely and correct maintenance of HRMS incorporating settings, updates, enhancements as required by the department to ensure correct payroll processing across countries
  • Upload timely and correct payroll information into the system to ensure correct payroll processing across countries
  • Ensure prompt maintenance and accurate data validation of the T&A system data and Absence management.
  • Ensure prompt maintenance and accurate data validation in PS data
  • Work closely with the IT department and third parties to ensure data accuracy from the system which involves leading small projects from a data analytical point of view.
  • Being the translator between what payroll operations need to system logical language.
  • Team up with the Project leader and collaborate with the Payroll Operations team in order to bring special projects to completion.
  • Qualifications

  • Prior HRMS super user experience or equivalent is a strong asset;
  • At least 4 years in a similar position in which systems analysis has been predominant;
  • Strong analytical skills to understand evolving key business requirements;
  • Natural awareness of change management and able to challenge with comfort addressing issues with concrete tactical actions;
  • Outstanding data management skills and ability to program systems (VBA, Excel, Access);
  • Advanced MS Office package skills required (Word, Power Point)
  • Fluency in English both written and verbal is required; the knowledge of other European languages is an advantage;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with third party vendors;
  • Energetic, initiative and service oriented;
  • Excellent internal communication skills for partnering with other departments in the organization such as HR and other Finance departments.
